Maple Glazed Pork Belly – Low Carb





  • 1/2 lb Pork Belly
  • 4 Tablespoons Maple Monkfruit Syrup
  • Kosher Salt


  1. Vacuum seal or marinate pork belly, maple monkfruit and salt. Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour,  preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F
  3. Roast pork belly for 30 minutes, fat side up.
  4. After 30 mins reduce heat to 275°F and roast for an hour or more.

Sliced hard boiled egg. Maple pork belly, beet pickle, and dijon mustard.

Maple pork belly served on a slice of hard boiled egg with pickled beets and ground dijon mustard. This bite was amazing.

This was inspired by a recipe from Pinch and Swirl that called for sugar. We simply substituted the sugar for Maple monkfruit sweetner and adjusted the temperature.
