Dinner Tonight: Today’s Catch – Mahi Mahi atop Cauliflower Mash with a Lemon Caper Butter Sauce.

This is very similar to a piccata sauce I make at home. It works well with salmon, barramundi and halibut.

Mahi doesn’t have a lot of fat but provides plenty of protein. The butter in the sauce is great way to boost fat and the flavor is dreamy.

Cauliflower mash has lower carbs than mashed potatoes and is a popular option for many low carb diets.

I would love to see Cauliflower Mash as a regular side dish option on Ford’s menu.

The portion size was perfect and I left very satisfied.
