• 1 lb ground beef
  • Brussels Sprouts shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Set the Foodi to saute and allow to warm up for at least 2 minutes. Add onion and peppers and saute. Add ground meat and continue to saute until brown. Add Brussels Sprouts and continue to saute.
