Antipasto Salad
Some days I don’t want a big meal or I just wanta way to get my fix of uncured meats, cheeses and other accompaniments. I should call it “Charcuterie Salad.”
– Uncured salami and pepperoni
– whole fat mozzarella cheese
– sliced grape tomatoes – cornichon / gherkin / mini pickles – pearl onion
– salt and pepper – drizzle of olive oil
– cucumber
