When you are sick and don’t have a lot of energy or if you are looking for a quick easy button recipe for soup, this one will not disappoint! This is a basic chicken soup recipe so remember, you can add ingredients based on what you have on hand and the way you prefer to keto. I intentionally used ready made ingredients but if you have left over chicken, bone broth and chopped veggies, that is even better!
Ingredients
- 1 Ready Made Rotisserie Chicken or left over chicken breast (at least chicken breasts worth of chicken)
- 2 TBSP Fat/Oil of choice
- Diced Onions/Carrots/Celery (approx 3 oz each)
- 2 Cartons chicken broth or Bone Broth
- Poultry Herbs (Sage, Thyme, Rosemary)
- Himalayan Salt
- Black Pepper
- Turmeric (optional)
