Ingredients

  • Half head of cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Combine all the inedients to combine and let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.

Make ahead the night before. Lasts at least 2 days in the fridge in air tight container.
