Dinner Tuesday: Air Fried Chicken Wings and Smashed Brussels Sprout chips.

I have seen videos for smashed Brussels Sprouts and wanted to try a simple take. Using frozen Birds Eye Brussels Sprouts I steamed them in thr microwave for 4 mins (1200 W). Then flattened each sprout using a heavy glass bottom. Sprayed with avocado oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper and air friend at 390 for 10-12 minutes. They came out crispy and delicous! Especially when dipped in thr home made ranch dressing.

Air fried chicken wings were simply prepped with drizzle of Avocado oil, salt pepper and baking powder. Air Fry 365 for 15-20 mins. Served with homemade ranch and wing sauce.

Devoured! Gone! Low Carb and Delicious!
