Chose higher quality no hormone/antibiotic brands.
Hallal and kosher meats are awesome if you have a local butcher who can give you fattier cuts.
Look for Grass Fed beef/pork
80/20 Ground Meat or fattier.
Any kind of fatty steak. I like Rib eye and T-bone.
Bacon, Charcuterie, Sausage
Look for: Uncured (free of nitrates) with no sugar
If uncured bacon is not available the next best is low calorie bacon with low or zero carbs. The trade off is the nitrates.
