In 2018 We brought out our Butterball Turkey fryer for Thanksgiving. We had quite a bit of oil left over which we used the following day for an epic fry up. Using leftovers we made incredible keto dishes in the deep fryer using Thanksgiving leftovers, and a little imagination.
Turkey ground up and breaded using pork rinds over cabbage noodle with dots of home made cranberry sauce for acidity.
