Note: The nutritional label does not take into account the fat/oil used to cook this meal. We estimate that we each consumed an additional 2 TB of oil/fat which would add 25-30G fat to these macros. This is still not as high as I would like but with a fat bomb for dessert can take care of that.
Net Carbs = Total Carbs – Dietary Fiber
24g-5g = 19g Net Carbs
In my opinion this is a bit high for one meal, however, this is a filling meal and when the carbs come from veggies, I say “It’s worth the carbs.” Moderate this by having a very low carb meal earlier in the day.
Results were so delicious! I will say that I am not a huge fan of spaggetti squash … until I had it prepared this way.
