We figure out how many meals we need to need to prep and from there we figure out the number or servings of meat (protein) for each meal. We then portion out each meal and marinate using keto approved spices to ensure the meats are full of flavor. We use a vacuum sealer to portion and treat steaks with salt and pepper or Montreal seasoning.
