Thank Goodness for Green Chef on days like this! My commute back from work was insane… more than usual. Thankfully Green Chef did most of the prep work for me. This delicious meal took less than 40 mins from start to finish. Although the nutritional count says 15 net carbs we didn’t eat all those pickled onions lol
