Chicken breasts — dusted with garlic-herb seasoning — are pan-seared, then roasted in balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard. The chicken is drizzled in a green lemon-herb sauce, and served alongside roasted butternut squash, sautéed cremini mushrooms, and grape tomatoes. Feta cheese is sprinkled over top for a creamy finish.

This meal was about 20g Net Carbs which is a bit high for a single keto meal, but most of those carbs come from the veg and balsamic. Reduce or avoid the tomatoes and balsamic if this is a concern.

I was a bit under the gun. 5:30 hit and it was quit time at work. Thankfully this

Contents of bag included all ingredients pressured. I had to cube the butternut squash and slice the mushrooms and grape tomatoes. It was 7 minutes of prep.
Sautee the veggies and add the seasoning. The chicken (nor pictured) was also sauteed and finished in a 400 degree oven with the provided balsamic.

The portion was awesome and the flavors blend beautifully with sweet and acidic notes in every bite. Then the tanginess of the cheese. So very awesome!
