This was a new dish from Green Chef. We loved the onion soup flavor with the pork and greens. Super satisfying! The sauce is made using a mushroom broth and cream cheese, a combination I haven’t yet seen for a sauce and we will definitely recreate this dish using our own ingredients. The pork was tender and the greens were perfect with this dish. Thank you green chef!
