I find that meat balls on low-carb / ketogenic diet are fantastic. The only thing I can think of that’s different in these meatballs is that they use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. Spices and flavors are all still there. I never had it with kale but really enjoyed it and would have it again. The recipe looks like it doesn’t have a lot of fat but remember the nutrition label does not account for the oil / fat used to sauteed in meatballs. Also you can add fat or cheese at the very end if it fits within your Macros to increase the fat content.
